To be prepared for possible light sickness (such as light headache) during IBO, please bring along over-the-counter (OTC) medicine you are familiar with, as that would be better than taking unfamiliar medicine available in Japan. For medicine prescribed by your physician, bring along a letter from your doctor, or a copy of the prescription, in case it is necessary to show at customs.
